I just started AD on 8/12/08.
I started to weight myself daily, but now I'm restricting myself to 1x/week.
Did you lose weight every week (or every 2 weeks)?
I've also read that even though you may not see the weight loss on the scale, but it might just happen all at once on a given day... is this true?
Just really afraid of plateauing, and not losing weight, or stalling.
Did you do anything differently when you did stall/plateau, or is it just your body is catching up and you will see the weight loss on the scale?
