      Yes, but watch out for the "modified food starch" (potato) that is in the ingrediants. Unlesss you're on rung 8 starchy vegetables, they're a NO GO.

            FYI---there is a school of thought that chocolate craving is a sign of magnesium deficiency.

                Could be a sign of a mineral deficiency because before your TOM is when your bod is trying to be in it's tip-top shape to conceive. So it will tell you it "needs" something.
