"We've noticed that you've not been active on Atkins Diet for quite some time now, and we miss you!"

    Right

Well I'm down 30 pounds from my last top weight. Diet/exercise. It's pretty easy now that I'm not living with my mom and I'm the only one that buys my food I can be the only one that's responsible. I'm eating about 100 carbs a day sometimes a bit more. I eat more on weekends though. I'm slowly and surely losing weight though. I'll eat a nut bar and a baby banana for breakfast most days, Get a wrap from Arby's or some chicken strips from the grocery store for lunch, And make some meat and vegetables for dinner. I'm not really big on spending much time on cooking so I do'nt get very tired of it.

Like I mentioned, on weekends I eat more. By more I mean I don't really restrict myself. Whenever I eat something completely sugar based though I end up feeling sick. So it's kind of it's own restriction.

The other day a guy asked me how much more weight I'm trying to lose. I said until I'm skinny. I can guess how much of my body weight is fat but reguardless I'm not going to stop until I can take off my shirt in front of other people and be comfortable (and not drunk).

It is good to hear you are still losing and have not yet reached your CCLL

This sounds like a good test for knowing when you have reached your goal size (assuming you are male or if female, choose your audience carefully )
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
