Yep, it's that time of year again...
BACK TO SCHOOL
not just for my kiddos, but for myself as start that last (thank GOD) year of Nursing School. The problem is being so stressed out and pressed for time. I have worked so hard to commit to this WOL that I am terrified that time restraints or stress will take me down. I'm a fighter though, I'm willing to take on temptation but I just gotta figure out some sort of regimen. I am going to have an additional 575,000 additional responsibilities to add to my daily list. (I know, I know, stop complaining Jane...) but I need some help, or advice on how to cope or adjust with such a big change. I started this when I had a laid back day and now it's going to be busy busy busy.
What do you busy moms/wives/students/workaholics do to accomodate your new eating styles when it's gotta be on the go? (or really really quick and simple).
