That happens to me when I don't eat my veggies, rather markedly. Eating yours okay?

Moody?? That's putting it lightly for me. My family has other adjectives that describe my mood when ever I went through induction---just think Wizard of Oz. And I wasn't refered to as Glenda the good Witch

Keep in mind that your body's adjusting along with the chemicals in your brain and body. The moodiness will disappear, or at least level off as you become more adjusted to the way of eating. After eating high carbs for so long, my whole system seemed to rebell the entire time. It was like being two people all a the same time---Dr. Jekle showed up a few times I think.

Hang in there. Find a good outlet in your exercise and push the mood through that. It will help a lot!

        Re: Mood Changes??

If you are an emotional eater (like myself and so many I know) not having your vice (comfort foods) can cause some moods to flare. Just exercise and ignore it, eventually it goes away.

I found eating whatever I wanted caused an instant aggravation to my mood - I would go from normal, to excited over cheese fries, to instantly aggravated as I was eating or when I was done. It was my blood sugars goin whacky. Now that they are pretty much stable, my moods come once a month LOL.
