I am going on an extended road trip next month, to include camping in Yosemite and Lake Tahoe. I'll be on the road a lot and staying in motels, as well. I'm afraid of not having my kitchen to prepare all my low-carb meals! I need suggesions on ways I can continue this wonderful eating plan! Thanks!
