I'm not sure if you have a GNC store there but if you do they sell it. If not, you can always google it and I'm sure you'd find somewhere on line that would sell it and ship it to you.

Be sure you are drinking your water too! That was a mistake I made a while back - not drinking the water and getting a little stopped up. Water and exercise, believe it or not, can really help!

I have also found that drinking a cup of 'smooth move' tea can really help once in a while. I believe it contains senna leaf

also in England I understand it is called Linseed so if you are looking for flax there you might not find it

                Ginny is right
Outside North America it is called flax seed.

It is sold in 2 variations, golden or brown and I always buy the golden linseed in seed form and grind it as needed using a small coffee grinder. If you do buy it preground then it needs to be kept in the fridge as it can go rancid quickly.

I buy mine from a local independant health food shop, but the bigger chains also sell it (more expensive I think). I get them to order a big bag for me (5 kgs for about £12) which works out much cheaper than paying over a couple of quid for a 500 gram bag. Unground it keeps for a long time as long as it is kept cool and in an airtight container.
