    can someone tell me

    when ur on the Atkins Diet and you loose weight and inches, were does it go ? is it when you urinate can anyone explain?.

      You burn it for energy, the fat cells are lost because your body uses them for energy. Think of the ketones as the 'ashes.' (That is not scientific, just an analogy.)
