    i am still in induction as i was trying to loose more weight as i had lost 8 kilos in 3- 4 weeks but i have weighed my self today and i have halted still 105 i go to gym now and i use thread mill 3km and i do some weight machines but not the weight weights if u understand is Atkins inches and not weight

    You weigh 105? How much more do you want to lose? What are your stats? How long has it been since you lost? You are exercising and muscle weighs more than fat so you may be losing inches right now...and fat but it would not be registering on the scale because the muscle is heavier.

      I think 105 kilos is like 230 pounds.

      Hit my original goal of 200 in 2 months.
      Hit my altered goal of 180 in 4 months.
      My max weight goal is 175 and Im trying to keep between 165 to 170.

        Same questions to answer though. Plus post your menu so that we can see if something is there that could be affecting you.

          Most people slow down or halt for a while after losing weight the first weeks of induction. It's not a real stall until you have gone a month with no pounds lost or inches. Sometimes when the scale doesn't go down, we go down in inches. If your clothes are feeling better, you're doing fine.

          Some people stall by staying on induction too long. I know when I went up to rung one, the pounds started to come off quickly again. Induction is not meant to last forever.
          People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.
