I am just starting to get more of a gym routine.
Can someone let me know if I'm doing enough?
2-3x/week- Cardio
2-3x/week- Weight train (1 day is Arms, 2nd day is Legs, etc.)
As for Cardio-
Should I be walking or running?
Walking with an incline?
Can I do the elliptical?
I am always on the go, so when I go to the gym, I want to maximize the time while I'm there. I usually go for 45-60 min a day.
What is best "bang for the buck"?

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
