anyone have any ideas of what kind of exercises a male can do during the induction diet, currently im about to hit week 2 starting tommorow. and the only thing ive been doin so far is running on this thing caled a gazzelle, and i go for about a mile or so.

You could look at the exercise threads on this forum for ideas. Try to do some kind of exercise you enjoy and can stick with. The gazelle is great exercise. Weights of some kind would be a nice edition to your routine. Crunches for the ab muscles are good. Hope this gives you a start

well idk how to do crunchs, and i have been goin a mile on the gazzelle but idk if its enough quite yet, and unfortunatly i dont have weights, which is one excersice i really want to do ya know, get some muscle goin on and stuff.

You can always improvise weights - like finding a couple of cans/bags of food or pieces of wood or metal to lift.
Also doing what I think are called 'body resistance' exercises where you use your own body weight with no extra equipment needed.
