    the new diet "Book"2002

    I went to the libary today to get a copy of mr dr atkins new diet revolation diet book .,.. and the girl i think gave me the 1992 issue .. is this ok or a big no no.. its a samll thick paperback it says the same title and its a white cover with his picture on it .. can anyone help should i just bring it back??

    you need the 2002 edition because in that one the rules are laid out better and the food limits are in that one and he talks about the rungs. Check inside for the copyright date. Mine says copyright 1992, 1999, 2002.

      I have and use both books. For purposes of this board we use the 2002 book so everyone is pretty litterally on the same page for reference. The 1992 book has much better recipes in the back, in my opinion, as they weren't pushing all the Atkins products at that time. Some of the informationis slightly conflicting, but each book gives some info the other doesn't.
