      Yay! I'm glad it's not just me...for a moment I was like, am I squishing myself into these clothes??? LOL. But no, they really do fit. So as unattractive as the numbers on the scale may be....like Elizellen mentioned, I really don't give a hoot because I feel fantastic. Besides that, this WOL, especially including exercise, has completely changed my personality. Even my husband has been commenting on how much more cheerful I have been these days. And, for some reason I have so much more time on my hands....(I'm sure it's probably just because I have more energy).
      Ok, that's my Atkins testimonial for today....for all you readers wondering if you should choose this lifestyle...this is my experience...and for all you readers worrying about the scale...again, here's my experience.

        Well I have only gotten to shift my ticker one pound the last few days, but another dress that was too tight last week slid right past my hips when I tried it on last night.

        And my favorite benefit, I feel clearheaded. You just can't beat that!

          What would you gals think of a tee shirt with a pic of a softball and a golf ball and a 'vs' inbetween? Tom is trying to think of T shirt ideas, and that was mine!

                    Gosh, I love spanx but they make me so sweaty inside! I live in Vegas though so maybe that's the problem, too hot to add extra layers. They're also kinda scary to get into, it's like looking at a mousehole and then trying to squeeze yourself through it but when it's all said and done.....they make you look magnificent.

                      LOL! Well as you could tell from my spelling I don't have a pair. One thing that is stopping me is the thought of tugging them on and off every time I have to pee! YIKES..now that would make me break out in a sweat...LOL

                        you ladies are hilarious! I too, have had some insane experiences with products designed to hold you in. I always wondered too--if I hold everything in with that stuff, will my head and feet get really big?

                              but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
