Hello Friends, Long time no hear 
, I am back once again and this time w/ my daughter we are starting induction 9/1/08 I had lost down from 262 to 150 two yrs ago and after my divorce I met the man of my dreams and he said I was to thin that he liked a thick woman well I started eating some of the old food yet I never strayed to far from Atkins I didn't eat to many of the old foods, well I am back and giving this way of eating a another try.
