This label confuses me !!! AHH Help!

I must be so annoying by now, but I have no idea what to do with these numbers.... I know to subtract fiber, but what does all of this mean? I have been trying to figure out and search the "net carbs" in this for WAY too long! Help!!

Net Carbs per serving would be 24-13 = 11. The soluble and insoluble numbers are just going into more detail about the fiber
