this is all a learning experience.. learning on induction and then learning what our bodies can and cannot handle... but one this is for sure.. if you do it right you will lose weight.. some lose more than others and some seem to struggle every week .. but it does go down... just keep hanging in there .. you can do it !
oh and think of the fat vs muscle thing like this :
1 lb of fat = a softball
1 lb of muscle = a golf ball
therefore, your weight might not change but your body is changing.. 200 lbs of fat is a whole lot bigger than 200 lbs of muscle..but the weight is exactly the same.... thats why we measure.. you could lose a whole dress size and not lose actual weight.. just by the WOE and excercise
