  • Splenda withdrawal

    Hi guys

I have been using splenda everday for almost 2 years now and have very bad side effects from it including insomnia, anxiety attacks, depression etc. I never associated it with Splenda until after several anxiety attacks that my Dr asked me about my daily diet and told me to stop consuming immediately.

Now that I put 2 and 2 together it makes a whole lot of sense. I went cold turkey didnt even bother weaning off of it. Now I am having horrible headaches and Aleve isn't helping. Is this normal?

    Re: Splenda withdrawal

From what I have read this certainly sounds like 'cold turkey' symptoms so should diminish soon

Some people do have an intolerance to splenda and others to other sweeteners. I am glad you have discovered yours and hope that you will soon be feeling better and lose those horrible side effects.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I get that kind of a reaction to aspartame. Hope you are feeling better soon!
