    Induction ****

    So, I am on my 2nd day of Induction, and I am obviously a wimp!

    Is Stevia or NATURAL Sweetners, like Sweet Fiber acceptable during Induc?

    You mean like the inulin and such, and stevia? Yes. Xylitol as well.. got that at the health food store. No more than 3 servings a day!

      I love the Sweet Fiber. It helps me get my Fiber in too!!!!!!!
