But Im still maintaining the diet. I weighed in at 184.5 five weeks ago.
Today I weigh 161.5
My goal weight was supposed to be 170, then I decided to drop down to 165.
I've now decided to drop to 160.
This diet has worked out great. It was a little tough in the begining but once I got past "the week legs part" it began to get easier.
I still haven't had pizza but I can smell it around the corner!
