I LOVE whipped cream, especially on a piece of cheesecake, or a dollop in a cup of coffee, or on some sugar-free jello. However making it (I can't find any lo-carb cream in a can here) can be a pain as I only have an electric hand mixer and have to do up at least half a pint at a time. Sometimes I only want just a tablespoon or so, and its a hassle to have to whip an entire carton and then use it up in time.
Today while in the mall, I stopped in at a new tea shop, and found this little gizmo called a "Milk frother" - brought it home, put 2 tablespoons of whipping cream in a little container and before you can say WOAH, 30 seconds later I had whipped cream!
