Hello Everyone! I am sharing these results with the 5 women I am on this journey with every Monday as a way to keep myself accountable but thought I'd post here too. Week 1 was pretty easy and I have set some pretty strict goals for Week 2 and am looking forward to completing them and checking them off. I will be doing a lengthy extended induction just because I am comfortable on it and when the time comes for me, and I know I'm disciplined enough, I will begin moving up the Rungs. Thank you for all the great ideas and support!
I have decided to reward myself with inexpensive jewelry at every 5lb mark so that I can spice up my new wardrobe when I lose the weight! Going to buy 2 pieces today!
Weight Loss = 10 lbs
Inches Lost
1 inch under breasts
1 inch off waist
1 inch off stomach
1/2 inch off hips
1 inch off each upper thigh
All other measurements stayed the same.
Major goal for week 2 is to work on my arms! Will post results next Monday!
