    Any good recipes for Meat sauce (on top of spaghetti squash)?

    I looked at Linda's Low Carb site, but unless I overlooked it, I can't find an Induction-friendly meat sauce.
    Does anyone know where I can get one?

    Oh- and where I can also buy diced tomatoes in a can with NO sugar?

    did you look at the 'ground beef' section (under 'main dishes')?
    Here is one I thought looked possibly what you are after

    It isnt marked as being induction-friendly but looked to contain only induction-legal ingredients if you use the 'tomato sauce' from this recipe
