  • Induction-friendly canned tomatoes?

I've been looking everywhere for sugar-free canned, diced tomatoes, but every can has sugar in them, but the ingredients list doesn't include "sugar".
I know some vegetables have "natural" sugar in them, so I'm assuming the sugar carbs that are listed on the food label is ok to use since it's "natural" sugar??

Yes that's correct, if there is no added sugars in the ingredients list it will be naturally occuring. just subtract the fibre g's and count whatever number is left as the net carbs.
