just a query about Mock Danish

i see on the recipe that they use Vanilla essence but i was reading the ingredients here in ireland and wasnt sure i could use them it has water, PROPYLENE GLYCOL, GLYCERINE, FLAVOURINGS, COLOUR (CARAMEL E150D)

IS THIS OK TO USE ON ???

Vanilla is more of a flavoring than a food, and it isn't 'off limits' as you will use very small amounts and yours does not contain any sugar. Glycerin I believe is a sugar alcohol and is not going to affect your ketosis, esp. in this small amount. Keep reading those labels, you are doing well!

your vanilla is fine, but some do contain sugar, so always check he label carefully

I was worried about the alcohol in it, especially when I planned my day on FitDay, so I made it without - it was still really nice, just sweet enough to feel a "treat"!
