Do I have to start over my 14 days if I had an atkins bar yesterday and today? I just learned that its not allowed on induction (even though on the box its says "good for all stages"). Should I start again day one tomorrow?????

stinking marketers! I think it was very well put when someone here on adbb mentioned that they never sold the bars and shakes until after Dr Atkins death.... he never approved them. Its the people in charge of the Atkins name that are profiting off the bars. Its really best if you get your carbs from veggies.... though I have had trouble with that idea
I agree with liv, just keep going forward... your start date is the same. You will refine your menu as you go! No worries
