Me again. 
I went into ketosis about 5 days after I started induction. It has been in the high moderate to large range since then except for the past two days it has been in the trace to small area and I don't know why.
I haven't eaten anything bottled, canned, packaged, boxed or processed except for the mayo and the salad dressing (no sugars). Well, that and the two packets of Splenda I alllow for my tea and I count those (hey, it's a big cup!
! My carb intake is about the same at 19. If I'm the least bit usure of the carb's I'll make it on the higher side. I am trying to drink more water.
I haven't lost much in the way of pounds or inches since just after the first week however I am feeling good. My energy level is high and my mood is up and positive. I've put a sample menu here. Maybe you can see something I'm missing or have ideas. I will change the meat and cheese around but nothing else. I'm too scared to make any changes yet. I was going to go to the first rung of OWL but decided to give induction another week or two.
breakfast
2 eggs, 2 slices bacon, 1 tsp butter, decaf tea, 2 pkts Splenda, 1 oz. cream
lunch
100 gm shrimp, 1/2 c. salad greens, 1/2 c. mushrooms, 1 tbsp. salad dressing
dinner
2 c. salad greens, 1 tbsp salad dressing mixed with 1 tbsp cream), 150 gm chicken (white and dark) 1 oz. cheese and perhaps a hard boiled agg for a snack later on.
Hmmmmm.....thoughts?
