My take on these is that you need to look at the ingredients and check them against the list of foods allowed on induciton before deciding if you want to believe the 'all phases' label
As far as I know the bars all have ingredients that are not 'allowed' till the later rungs of OWL, so I would leave them till then and see if they affect you badly or allow you to still lose weight.
