Sour cream/ Cream cheese

Whats the deal with sour cream & cream cheese. They are on the allowed foods list, however they contain 1g or less of sugar. Can I eat them while on induction? What do you all think?

Yes, you can eat them, just count the carbs. Sour cream limit is small, like 1 oz. Cream cheese is in the cheese limit, 3 oz a day.
