Fatigued
all day from working, out or something, so I read that Oysters have a lot of B12, so am grabbing a couple (a bit carb-y like 3g net in one) raw ones at dinner. I already take a multivitamin. I had red meat for lunch which is also high in B12.
Anyone have experience or thoughts on fatigue ... and consuming the mollusk?

Will watch myself when I decide to eat some.
) - but certainly a good daily supplement does make a huge difference if you are lacking the nutrient(s) somehow!!!!!!
...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
