    Interestingly (well, to me) my PC Fitday and the online Fitday don't jive. The online also has 6, so I'd say go with that.
    You can, of course, buy some uncured pork side, brine it without sugar and smoke it yourself. A bit time consuming, and maybe a bit too "little house on the prarie" for some

      Doesn't fitday get it's information from the usda database? In some fashion?

        I believe so, but info changes.....and my fitday doesn't The USDA now lists 60 ounces of coffee as having only 2 grams carbs....it used to be 7, but I guess they discovered "ash" is not a digestible component. Made this chick very happy !!
