I just don't understand how I could have possibly gained 1.4 lbs from one day to the next. I've been extremely careful of what I eat. It doesn't make sense because yesterday I had no appetite, I ate very little for dinner (not my usual helpings) -so I exprienced appetite suppresion. And last night my keto-stix turned the darkest they have been, I mean they showed moderate ketosis. I even feel lighter- but when I weighed in this morning I was shocked to see I have gained. I even did extra crunches and pushups yesterday?? When I want to the movies last night, I drank diet soda- do you think it could have regular? I'm thinking no, because I did the keto-stix after going to the movies? Is it even possible to gain during induction- or am I doint something wrong (besides weighing myself evey morning??) Experienced atkineers- I need your advice PLEASE!!!!
