    I wasn't sure where to post this.
    Once I've cut the ticker where do I paste it? And do I use the html code?

    First goal: 189 - reached Oct.09/08
    Second goal: 179 - reached Nov.08/08
    Third goal: 169 - reached just before Christmas
    got down to 154 by spring but got off track & went up 10
    Next Goal - To stop dickin' around and meet GW by Dec 30 2009

            I really should set some mini goals like you have in your signature and I've seen many others do.

              I didn't have any at first, but like you, I saw that others did have mini-goals. I think it helps and gives just a little more motivation to reach those goals. A little celebration from time to time is good for the soul
