I think I read this here- but I recall reading about writing down some goals and carrying a copy with you or having one in certain places around your home to remind you of what you are working towards. I think this is a simple, but very excellent idea. I am very good at accomplishing goals that I write down and look at from time to time. It helps me gauge whether I am doing the right things to get me to my goals or not. I'll start with some mini goals as I've seen some people post- I think that's an approach that will allow me to feel more success and satisfaction as I continue my journey.
