Hello All! Posting Week 2 Results. Staying on extended Induction for awhile. Goals this week are to keep up with my water intake and hit some weight machines in addition to my cardio. 


Weight Loss for Week 2 = 6 Lbs
Total Weight Loss Since 9/1/08 = 16 Lbs
Total Inches Lost Since 9/1/08 (Really wish I was losing more inches..gotta amp up my workouts it seems).
Neck 1/2 inch

Under Chest 2 inches
Waist 1.5 inches
Stomach 1.5 inches
Hips 1 inch
R Thigh 1.5 inches
