  • Induction phase question

    I am in the induction phase for 1 week now and have lost 3 lbs. I am in ketosis according to the strips but have not lost anymore weight for the past 3 days I have been the same. Any advice?

    Quit weighing yourself so often. It will come, the 3 lbs. is proof of that. You will drive yourself crazy weighing so often. This isnt a miracle weight program for guaranteed weight per week. This is a way of life that will work, but not over night. Be patient and you will get there.

      Give us your menu so we can have a quick look and see if there are any stallers or such there. Make sure to drink plenty of water.

        Trust me fat4now is right weighing yourself so often is not good to do so much. Guaranteed you will feel and see the weight come off. So be patient and it will happen for you.
