I know most people on Atkins seem to tolerate eating lots and lots of eggs but my cholesterol levels are too high and my dr. said to limit eggs to 2 a week for 2 months and then come back for a retest. Now what do I do? I'm fairly new and feel like I will need to quit and try WW or something.....I don't seem to be losing very quickly but the scale IS moving a little and I am NOT gaining. I'm sad and confused....
