All knowing please advise: A co-worker of mine believes that I am being deprived of chocolate. Sweet lady that she is, she went out and purchased a Sugar free dark chocolate bar. It is made with Oligofructose and erythritol. The information on the package states that it has 16g of carbs. Fiber of 14g, and 0g of sugar.
Is this something I can really have? Is it going to mess me up? I did taste the back only two bites. And then I put the rest away. It didnt taste bad or anything, that is if you like dark chocolate.
I guess I was just wondering if this was something I could indulge in on occasion or if it is better left alone.
