    Can i eat this.....

    I WAS WONDERING IF I COULD HAVE BROCILLI AND CHEESE SOUP A SMALL CUP FROM QUIZNOS ON THE INDUCTION PHASE..PEOPLE AT WORK ARE ORDERING OUT AND I AM GETIING A SALAD BUT DIDNT KNOW IF I COULD HAVE THE SOUP COULD SOMEONE PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP..I REALLY DONT WANT TO MESS THIS UP..THANK YOU SOO MUCH

    i'm at their website. what i see as some of the listed ingredients is
    Broccoli & Cheese
    Broccoli, carrots, and cheddar cheese.

    carrots are not allowed on induction. i'm quite sure there would have to be some other things added and i'd bet one of them is some kind of sugar.

      appears that the soup has 10 carbs, 2 fiber so 8 net carbs per 1 cup

        I'd say it most likely will have illegal ingredients like starches in it if it's a cream soup..so probably not. I've checked both the Canadian and US site and they do not list their ingredients or nutritional info.

        I do see that it's also got carrots too.

        Sorry, but i would stick with the salad.

              Thank you guys sooo much they just brought my lunch to me and im giving the soup away now as we speak and the toast that came with the salad....you guys are the best...
