What are the ingredients? Are they pre-made? If so, read the ingredients and see if it contains any sugar, dextrose, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, wheat, corn starch, food starch and so on. Most pre-made has a lot of illegal ingredients. Most lemon pepper has more sugar and almost no lemon or pepper.
If you are making them from scratch and the ingredients are legal, then you can eat as many as it takes to feel satisfied and not stuffed.People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.
