I went out for lunch and got what I thought was the best thing on the menu, a beef taco salad with lettuce, sour cream, 1/4 cup of red/green peppers, 1/4 cheddar/mozzarella (if that) no taco bits or shell...and no salsa. I had some avocado with it, and the beef seemed seasoned...not sure with what. The salad had italian dressing on it which i wasnt' expecting...but I still thought it was ok. When I came back to the office, I checked on the italian dressing...ok 2 carbs...I figure a few for the seasoning and salad bits to be safe...I checked on Calorieking.com and lots of them have like 40 carbs for the ones WITHOUT the shell???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
