I now know why I've been in low ketosis(maybe). I like to eat tuna, relish, and mayo for supper. I looked on the back of the full fat mayo, and there it was "Hight Fructose Corn Syrup". So, I think that's why, plus the turkey bacon. I need to stay away from the processed stuff for sure. Also, would 3 small cucumber and spinach salads be ok to eat everyday?
