  • A question about spinach

I don't know where to put this, so I'm putting it here.

My bag of frozen spinach says that one serving, which is 60 grams, contains two grams of carb and two grams of fiber, i.e., zero net grams of carbs. If this is the case, then why have only one cup of spinach per day?

According to http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...p-measure.html one cup of spinach (raw) weighs 30 grams.

I know this doesn't answer your question, but I'm having a little brain fart now
