  • Frozen cauliflower question....

A package of frozen cauliflower weighs a pound. It says it has 5 cups of cauliflower in it. But, if you do the water displacement method of measuring, there are really only two cups of cauliflower in the package.

So, my question is....do you weigh your frozen veggies, loosely pack them in a cup measure, or do water displacement?

    Re: Frozen cauliflower question....

You are supposed to measure 'one cup raw' so I just fill up a cup measure. Frozen is going to be still the size of 'raw.' Frozen is one of the easiest to measure for that very reason!
