heres the way in of my fat *** on day 1:
14 Fat stones and 5 wobbly *** pounds (thats 203 pounds for the good old usa)
IVE BEEN TOLD NOT TO GET ON SCALES EVERYDAY, but for the purpose of this page, im going to go one better, or maybe not, but anyway im going to weigh myself at least once a day, to give myself a rough idea of how the body is dealing with the routine, i dont expect to see losses of fat each day so dont worry about that.
Ive Cutt out All forms of Alcohol which is the hardest part for me, wine is what makes me eat, when i drink i eat a **** load more of food.
I have a exercise program which i made, isnt confusing at all it goes like this
30 min walk morning before food
20 min walk and 20 min jogging (hill terain) after food
30 min sit ups and push ups afternoon
30 mins running and 10 mins swimming evening
and the food is simple,
break, 2 eggs 2 peices of smoked bacon streaky
lunch, assortment of bacon sausage and chicken, about one peice of each, oh and some ham
nibbles, peices of ham cold sausage jerky chicken (all very small)
dinner, a peice of fish or meat, any will do as long as its fresh wholesome meat, nothing out of a packet none of the proccesed crap, i make my wife stand butt naked in a pinny and cook my meat fresh, with a nice salad with peppers onion olive dressing and vinigar
no desert, im not a desert person so lucky there
its been easy so far, i started on tuesday just gone so im on day 5
heres the results below, im going to log on and post all the details i said about the personal plan and how its going, (with pictures of me and wife yes dont worry) so il shut up now cause below here is going to be the progress, so leave a post (if you havent left yet) let us know what you think of this disgustuing outburst of fattness,

Good job! However, if you're doing Atkins, you need to be eating more veggies, which I don't see in your sample menu above other than with your dinner.
