    Tomorrow is my start of the induction over. My meal for tomorrow will consist of:

    2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast.

    piece of ckn simmered in ckn broth

    1 strink cheese for a snack

    hamburger with cheese and 1 C of broccoli

    1 cup of radishes
    1 celery stalk
    1 strink cheese as a snack

    Alll water
    2 4C drinks (made with splenda)

    Am I on the right track?

    I guess I keep posting because I am soooo afraid this isnt going to work for me. I really hope it does. I weighed myself this evening and measured so I will have a new basis for my new beginning tomorrow.

      Try to add more fat. Chicken stalls me for the day if i dont add some fat to my meal. Remember this is a high fat diet not a high protien. Your body is able to turn the protien into glucose(which can turn into fat) if you do not get most of your calories from fat.

          How does chicken stall? Any suggestions on how to add more fat?

          So I should defn be eating a salad each day?

          I plan on having 2C brocolii for dinner and had 1 C of radishes as a snack.

                I agree .. add some more fat and you will be right on track .. try grilling the chicken in olive oil and frying the eggs in butter .. they will tatse even yummier and you will get your fat in too ..

                When your in ketosis your body is burning fat for energy so eatting fat jump starts your metabolism .. thats kind of a basic way to explain it
