Hello, I have been doing atkins for 4 weeks and i am still in induction. In the first three weeks I lost 16lbs. This week (starting monday) I weighed 199 (my first goal!) And now it's sunday.. the end of my week and guess what.. I STILL weigh 199. I am a person that weighs everyday. I like to make sure everything I'm doing is working for me. This week I have gone up and down!! But I ended at the exact weight I started at. I have not cheated AT ALL!!! I almost never eat 20 carbs. I usually eat..
Breakfast..
2-3 eggs (usually just the whites)
3-4 pc bacon
Snack
cheese
Lunch
1/4lbs turkey
1 pickle
Dinner
Salad w/ dressing (never more then 6 carbs in dressing)
steak.. or chicken.. or hamburger
I always drink atleast 64oz of Water. Usually more then 100oz.
no soda.. no caff.... not even any splenda.
And that is pretty much what I eat everyday. Please someone tell me why I haven't lost any weight???
