  • Eating Out Question

    I'm new and there may already be a thread on this, but I very seldom am home to eat. Even when I am I rarely cook. I'm looking for low-carb meals that I can go through a drive-thru and pick up.

    Low Carb Breakfast Bowl at Hardees is AWESOME.
    There are several places that have salads (Wendy's Side Caesar is very good)
    Any other grab and go suggestions? I'm just starting out in the induction phase and I have about 80 lbs to lose. Any help is appreciated.

    If I go to McDonalds I wil order two grilled chicken club sandwiches and just toss the buns. Carls junior has a low carb burger I tell them no ketchup. Taco Mayo I order a taco salad extra meat extra cheese and I don't eat the shell it comes it. Same for the acapoulco chicken salad they have there, extra chicken no shell. If I go out for Mexican food with the family I order the fajita's and mix a little sour cream with them and just eat it with a fork instead of putting it in tortilla's. Sonic I order a ham, egg, and cheese toaster no bread. Hope this helps.
