  • I just put all this in a deviled egg!

I am wondering if all of these spices etc. are okay! I put-dried celery flakes, onion powder, cummin, black pepper, 2-tsp. dill juice, paperika, freeze dried chives, celery salt...of course mayo...in the mashed eggyolks. None of the spices had ingredient listings...the dill pickle relish said 0 carbs...and there's no sugar at all in it. They taste great if I may say so...I hope they are legal! LOL!
    Thanks!

Sure - to the extent allowed; in other words, a sprinkle of onion powder being OK does not mean a cup of it is. You should still consider the amount of carbs in the ingredients you added to the egg. Assuming you had primarily egg yolk, mayo and dill juice your carbs would be a small amount, but you could conceivably mix in an immense number of carbs. Check it all out for your recipe at www.fitday.com and make sure you account for the total net carbs (total carbs less fiber carbs) in your day's intake.

Hi Susan! Thank you so much for the link to fitday! I just love it! It's a handy tool to keep track of the carbs I am eating! I never measure things but I know for sure that I just put a pinch or two of each in 10 egg yolks. Thanks for your responce!
