  • Day 3 mess up; bad day

    My son 15th birthday was yesterday, I did not eating a piece of cake, but today I came home so hungry I ate a piece, feeling bad. And I am frustated and trying to add the ticker on my signature, can someone help me, please.

    Don't kick yourself too hard, consider it a lesson learned (not to let yourself get too hungry) and right back on plan with the next thing that touches your lips.
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    Current Mini Goals:
    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

      Yes get back to it. And take the positive from it. You learned something. Letting yourself get very hungry can lead to stuff. Pack lots of snacks.
