    Is it allowed?
    Not too sure what the UK version of heavy cream is, assuming its Whipping cream.

    However we have thick double cream which is 0.4 carb per 100ml. Or clotted cream which is lower.

    Would love to know..the US things sometimes get lost in translation!!

    Clotted cream as well as double and single cream are all allowed as long as you stick to the limits!!

    I usually buy double cream which is thick but still runny initially but thickens up to a more solid consistency if stored a few days in the fridge.
